What Do Both Parties Agree To Do?

Your Responsibilities

As our customer, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your company or organization.

You agree to provide all information and materials needed to complete your project, including text content, images, videos, logos, and any other requested information, in a timely manner and in the format requested.

You agree to review our work, provide feedback, and approve website designs and revisions promptly.

You also agree to maintain your monthly subscription payments according to the payment schedule outlined in this agreement.

Our Responsibilities

We have the experience and ability to perform the services you require, and we agree to complete them in a professional and timely manner.

We will make every reasonable effort to meet project deadlines. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, or requested revisions outside the agreed scope of work.

We will also maintain the confidentiality of any private business information you provide to us.

Each location is managed individually to maximize its local online visibility.

If text content is not provided, we will prepare initial website content for up to fifteen (15) pages.

After your website launches, you agree to provide any additional content needed for future pages, blog posts, or major content updates. We will gladly publish content you provide as part of your subscription.

If premium stock photography is required, any licensing fees will be your responsibility.

Technical Support

All subscription websites must remain hosted through our hosting provider while your subscription is active.

You may purchase and maintain ownership of your domain name, and you remain responsible for renewing your domain registration through your domain provider.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display your completed website within our portfolio, website, marketing materials, case studies, and social media.

We will never disclose confidential information regarding your business operations without your permission.

Payments

One hundred percent (100%) of your first monthly payment is due before work begins.

Your subscription renews monthly.

Your pricing is as follows:

Primary Location: $999 per month

Each Additional Location: $249 per month

If your subscription payment becomes more than thirty (30) days past due, we reserve the right to suspend website hosting, SEO services, AI optimization, Google Business Profile management, citation management, and website support until your outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Cancellation

This is a month-to-month subscription.

Either party may cancel this agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice via email.

Upon cancellation:

Website hosting will end.

SEO services will end.

AI Search Optimization services will end.

Google Business Profile management will end.

Citation management will end.

Website support will end.

Your domain name and all content you provided remain your property.

The website design, source code, framework, and custom development created by Appliance Repair Web Design remain the property of Appliance Repair Web Design & Circle Monkeys web design & seo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

General Terms

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Although these terms are written in plain language for readability, they constitute a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Appliance Repair Web Design operates.
